Job Description
PEOPLE & CULTURE ASSOCIATE
Duty Station: Kampala
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial & Organisational Psychology, Business administration related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of work experience in HR Management related fields.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and interest in the continuous improvement of People Operations.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for new hires.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
- Support employee onboarding, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Assist in the administration of payroll and employee benefits.
- Foster a positive work culture and facilitate internal communications.
