Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise passenger train operations and ensure adherence to timetables and safety standards
- Manage train crew performance including drivers, conductors, and on-board staff
- Handle passenger complaints, queries, and escalations professionally
- Monitor passenger boarding, ticketing, and on-board service quality
- Prepare operational reports and incident reports as required
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth train running
