Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Kura's partnership strategy in line with the company's strategic objectives
- Identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnership opportunities with corporates, SACCOs, financial institutions and fintechs
- Lead negotiations and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements
- Manage the entire partnership lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
- Drive revenue generation through strategic partnerships and increase AUM sourced through partnership channels
- Work closely with Investment, Marketing, and Product teams to develop partnership solutions
- Represent Kura at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Ensure partnership agreements comply with legal, regulatory, KYC and AML requirements
- Develop and manage the departmental budget and monitor partnership profitability
- Prepare periodic reports on partnership pipeline, AUM generated and revenue contribution
