Job Description
As a Part-Time Sales Consultant at iStore V&A Waterfront, you will play a key role in ensuring customers have hands-on experiences with Apple’s latest technologies. Your main focus will be to engage customers, identify their needs, and offer tailored product solutions. You'll receive in-depth training on iStore’s product offerings, equipping you to maximize sales opportunities and create memorable in-store experiences. This flexible role requires you to work up to 138 hours per month, ideal for individuals not seeking full-time employment but passionate about customer service and Apple products.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding in-store experiences to every customer
Engage proactively with customers to understand their tech needs
Demonstrate and explain Apple products and services confidently
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Stay updated with the latest Apple product features and updates
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet store objectives
Work flexible shifts including weekends, public holidays, and peak periods

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Matric / Grade 12 certificate
Previous retail sales experience preferred (especially in tech or electronics)

Strong customer service orientation
Adaptability and a willingness to learn
Dependable and flexible work ethic
Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts as required
