Job Description
Our client is a leading luxury optical and eye care brand known for delivering premium eyewear, exceptional customer service, and world-class optical solutions across its outlets in Lagos. We are seeking to hire an Outlet Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing operations across stores daily, attending to customers, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service within the outlet.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers professionally, ensuring an excellent in-store experience.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable optical products including frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories.
- Supervise the daily activities of the outlet and ensure smooth store operations.
- Maintain and grow outlet sales through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and merchandised at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
- Train and guide store staff on products, collections, and customer service standards.
- Keep up to date with new optical products, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Support promotional activities and notify customers of new arrivals and special offers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
