Job Description
Dohertis Global Resources is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in the oil & gas, construction, and engineering sectors. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading end-to-end business development cycles from lead generation to contract closure. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market presence across Nigeria and internationally.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities in the oil & gas, construction, and engineering sectors across Nigeria and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Lead end-to-end business development cycles — from prospect identification, RFQ/tender responses, and negotiations, to contract closure.
- Develop and execute market entry strategies to expand DGR's client base and service portfolio in targeted regions.
- Represent DGR at industry events, trade shows, and stakeholder meetings to position the company as atop-tier contractor and supplier.
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and finance teams to develop competitive bids and winning proposals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to continuously sharpen DGR's value proposition.
