The Outbound Supervisor will be responsible for managing outbound logistics operations, ensuring that orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered accurately and on schedule. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to coordinate warehouse operations efficiently. The successful candidate will also play a key role in optimizing transportation costs, maintaining safety and quality standards, and fostering collaboration within the logistics team.

This position demands a high level of integrity, initiative, and hands-on experience in warehouse management systems and logistics processes.

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in warehousing, logistics, or stock control within a formal setup.

  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management software (e.g., Orion).

  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and warehouse operations.

  • Excellent planning, coordination, and time management skills.

  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • High level of integrity, work ethics, and professionalism.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Resourceful and proactive in addressing operational challenges.
