Job Description
The Operations Officer will play a vital role in ensuring smooth internal processes, supporting inventory and logistics functions, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. This role requires excellent organizational and time-management skills, the ability to work autonomously and within a team, and familiarity with operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency
Monitor and manage supply chain and inventory processes
Support logistics, order fulfillment, and product delivery workflows
Identify and implement improvements to operational systems and procedures
Maintain records and documentation for tracking performance metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals
Ensure compliance with operational policies and quality standards

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar operational role, preferably in retail or distribution
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting
Proactive and process-driven mindset
Familiarity with inventory management systems is an added advantage
Good communication and problem-solving skills
