  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • East African Customs and Freight Forwarding Practicing Certificate (EACFFPC)

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in ocean freight operations.

  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in logistics software and systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
