Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
East African Customs and Freight Forwarding Practicing Certificate (EACFFPC)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in ocean freight operations.
Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in logistics software and systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
