Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations under the guidance of the Operations Manager
- Provide support in managing and leading a team of employees
- Assist in managing the fleet of vehicles, ensuring good mechanical condition
- Ensure timely staff attendance and report attendance issues
- Ensure all client orders are delivered on time
- Ensure sufficient stock is available and assist in organizing purchases
- Ensure staff at remote branches are performing assigned duties
- Assist in putting in place processes where there is no standard operating procedure
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety policies
