Job Description
Bawuza Uganda is seeking a dedicated Operations and Customer Service Officer to manage daily platform operations and provide high-quality support to clients. The role involves ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining excellence in customer relations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Attending to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints across various communication channels.
- Monitoring daily operational processes to ensure platform reliability and efficiency.
- Managing transaction processing and troubleshooting operational bottlenecks.
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on operational performance.
- Coordinating with the technical team to resolve user-reported issues.
- Guiding and training users on platform features and service offerings.
