Job Description
The role involves overseeing the complete custody operations process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the settlement of securities trades. The Officer will manage corporate actions, proxies, reconciliations, valuations, and client reporting, while also ensuring effective billing procedures. Additionally, the position requires the opening and ongoing management of securities accounts and Central Securities Depository (CSD) accounts (both local and offshore). The role demands a strong understanding of securities markets, client servicing, regulatory frameworks, and operational processes.

How to Apply
Ensure accurate and timely settlement of securities trades.
Manage corporate actions and proxies in line with client directives.
Oversee reconciliations, valuations, reporting, and billing processes.
Open and maintain securities and CSD accounts (local and offshore).
Ensure compliance with local and international market standards.
Support process improvement initiatives in custody operations.
Provide excellent client servicing and resolve operational queries.
Qualifications:
First Degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Economics, or related).
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in custodial or investor services.
Strong understanding of securities markets and related entities (NSE, CBK, Central Depository).
Prior banking operations experience.
Working knowledge of Swift.
Advanced Excel, coding, and analytical skills are an added advantage.
