Job Description
The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the office by supporting various administrative functions. This includes assisting with documentation, internal communication, maintaining cleanliness and order, supporting the team in executing their daily tasks, and attending to visitors. The ideal candidate should be organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Support general office administrative tasks
Assist in organizing documents and managing office files
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment
Receive and guide visitors courteously
Run office errands and support logistics as required
Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing office communications
Perform any other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
Experience:
1 to 10 years of relevant experience in administration or office support
Key Competencies and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Good public relations and interpersonal skills
Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Strong quantitative reasoning and calculative abilities
Professional attitude and adaptability
