Job Description
The Office Assistant will handle reception and correspondence, maintain records and files, support meeting and travel arrangements, assist with basic data entry and reporting, coordinate couriers/dispatch, and help with inventory/office supplies. The role will interface with visitors and partners, uphold confidentiality and compliance standards, and support other administrative tasks as assigned.

How to Apply
Manage reception, calls, emails, and visitor log; escalate inquiries appropriately.
Maintain office filing systems (physical/digital), documents, and registers.
Assist with scheduling, meeting logistics, minutes, and travel support.
Handle mail/courier dispatch and office supplies replenishment.
Perform basic data entry, petty cash/expense support, and simple spreadsheets.
Support stakeholder/PR touchpoints with courteous, timely communication.
Uphold cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance in shared office areas.
Any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with NYSC discharge/exemption.
Experience: 1–10 years in administrative/office support.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail; public relations proficiency; quantitative/reasoning ability; problem-solving and conflict resolution; basic computer literacy (email, MS Office/Google Workspace).
Attributes: Professional, organized, discreet, and customer-focused.
