- Manage office operations including filing, correspondence, and record keeping, calls, emails, etc
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventories.
- Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing events.
- Assist in finance-related tasks such as invoicing, requisitions, and petty cash management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality
- Handle administrative issues and provide solutions promptly
