Job Description
- Support credit appraisal processes by tracking applications, follow-ups, and documentation completeness.
- Monitor loan disbursement conditions and follow up on post-disbursement requirements.
- Support recoveries through follow-up on delinquent accounts, repayment tracking, and coordination with Credit Officers and Recovery staff.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Iganga Branch.
- Support credit appraisal processes by tracking applications, follow-ups, and documentation completeness.
- Monitor loan disbursement conditions and follow up on post-disbursement requirements.
- Support recoveries through follow-up on delinquent accounts, repayment tracking, and coordination with Credit Officers and Recovery staff.
- Maintain accurate branch records, credit files, and customer documentation.
- Prepare periodic branch reports on credit performance, arrears, recoveries, and operational activities.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and support resolution of credit-related issues.
- Support branch cash controls, logistics, and general office administration.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.
