- Ensure Nurture space is clean, hygienic, and organized
- Ensure compliance with health and safety
- Ensure proper registration of children, mothers, and minders
- Ensure a caring environment for children
- Track usage and maintain equitable access
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Ensure toys and play areas are sterilized
- Compile and submit monthly reports
