Job Description
Ryan HC Hospital is seeking dedicated and qualified Nurses to join our clinical team across various departments. The successful candidates will provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients while supporting doctors and other healthcare professionals in delivering excellent medical services.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and report changes to the medical team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with medical procedures and patient examinations.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing notes.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medication use, and recovery.
- Ensure infection prevention and control practices are strictly followed.
- Offer emotional support and promote patient comfort and dignity.
- Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
