Job Description

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will design, implement, and manage robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks for the Ministry. The role focuses on ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting to monitor Program activities and assess intervention impacts.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor all Program activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the Program and DOSH objectives
  • Coordinate and conduct periodic Program evaluations to assess the impact and effectiveness of interventions. Analyze evaluation findings and recommend adjustments to enhance Program performance.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual Program/DOSH reports in collaboration with the National Program Coordinator, DOSH Officers and Commissioner for Occupational Safety and Health.
  • Participate in annual Program reviews and planning meetings.
  • Perform any other duty that may be assigned by the National Programme Coordinator.
