Job Description
Meru Agro-Tours & Consultants Co. Ltd (MATCC) is seeking a self-driven candidate to fill the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at its Arusha headquarters. The role focuses on performance tracking, verifying field staff activities, and ensuring high standards for sales and marketing data reporting.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Shall conduct performance tracking and verification for all field staff
- Verify reported activities and crosscheck to ensure they are done on time and as per company standards
- Ensure sales and marketing data are accurate, timely and submitted correctly as per reporting schedules
- Identify gaps and train staff as well as advice the management on appropriate measures to be taken
