Designing M&E Systems: Develop and implement comprehensive M&E frameworks and systems tailored to specific projects or programs. This includes designing indicators, data collection tools, and methodologies to track progress and outcomes.
Monitoring Project Implementation: Oversee the regular collection, analysis, and reporting of data to track project performance against established indicators and targets. Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous monitoring protocols.
Evaluation and Impact Assessment: Plan and conduct periodic evaluations, including baseline studies, mid-term reviews, and end-line assessments. Assess the impact and effectiveness of interventions and provide evidence-based recommendations for program improvements.

Education
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, statistics, social sciences, international development, public health, or a related discipline is often required. Many positions may prefer candidates with a master’s degree in a relevant field, especially for senior roles.
Experience:
Monitoring and Evaluation: Significant experience in designing and implementing M&E systems and frameworks within development projects or organizations. This includes experience with data collection methods, analysis, and reporting.
Project Management: Experience in project management is often beneficial, as M&E managers need to coordinate with various stakeholders and manage timelines and resources effectively.
Sector-specific Experience: Depending on the focus of Triple Effect (e.g., health, education, environment), experience in that sector may be preferred.
Skills:
Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis: Proficiency in both quantitative (statistical analysis, data management) and qualitative (interviews, focus groups) research methods.
Data Management: Ability to use relevant software for data analysis and visualization (e.g.,SPSS, Stata, R, Excel, Power BI).
