How to Apply
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Contributing to project evaluation for impactful results.
Supporting M&E strategy development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field.
1-2 years experience in monitoring, evaluation, data collection, or project support (preferably in the development or non-profit sector).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of data management tools (e.g., SPSS, Stata) is a plus.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in diverse teams and community settings.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills; able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
