 Women Smiles Uganda seeks a proactive M&E Junior Officer to support our mission of enhancing food security and livelihoods for women, youth, and teenage mothers through urban farming and training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field.

  • 1-2 years experience in monitoring, evaluation, data collection, or project support (preferably in the development or non-profit sector).

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of data management tools (e.g., SPSS, Stata) is a plus.

  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal  communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in diverse teams and community settings.

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills; able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
