Job Description
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Assistant will support Trees for the Future's MEL activities in Uganda, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and learning initiatives for agroforestry and sustainable farming programs.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks
- Collect, manage, and analyse program data
- Support learning initiatives and knowledge sharing across programs
- Prepare MEL reports and contribute to donor reporting
- Conduct field visits and data verification activities
- Support the use of digital data collection tools
