Position Overview
Are you passionate about driving learning, improving systems, and ensuring impact through data? PACE Uganda is looking for a dynamic Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer to support the implementation and coordination of robust monitoring and evaluation systems across programs.

How to Apply
Lead the implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and systems across PACE projects.
Support the development and refinement of tools for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Coordinate learning activities, identify best practices, and promote knowledge-sharing within the organization.
Guide field teams in the use of monitoring tools and ensure data quality standards are upheld.
Analyze project performance data and contribute to donor reports and internal learning sessions.
Promote awareness and integration of learning methods and practices across departments.
Support project evaluations, including mid-term and end-line assessments.
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Statistics, Social Sciences, Monitoring & Evaluation, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation within the NGO or health sector.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Familiarity with M&E tools and software (e.g., DHIS2, KoboToolbox, Excel, SPSS, or similar).
Excellent communication and capacity-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
