Job Description

WORI Uganda is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning Officer to lead MEAL activities for the Periods to Prosperity (P2P) Project and broader organizational programs. The role involves managing the complete data cycle, building staff capacity, and facilitating strategic learning sessions.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead M&E for the Periods to Prosperity (P2P) Project & wider programmes
  • Manage data collection, analysis and reporting cycles
  • Build field staff capacity on MEAL tools and data management
  • Design and implement programme studies and assessments
  • Facilitate learning sessions and support strategic adaptation
  • Manage dashboard updates and programme output reporting
  • Hierarchically accountable to WORI Programmes Officer
