Job Description
The MEARL Assistant will support the design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, research, and learning systems for the SRHR project, ensuring data-driven decision-making and accountability to affected populations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support data collection, verification, and analysis in line with the project MEARL framework.
- Maintain accurate project databases and documentation.
- Support baseline, midline, and endline assessments.
- Facilitate feedback and complaint response mechanisms at community level.
- Support learning activities, reflection sessions, and documentation of best practices.
- Assist in preparing MEARL sections of donor and internal reports.
- Ensure ethical data collection and confidentiality of beneficiaries.
