Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
To operate mobile equipment (Frontloaded/Excavator/Dump) and ensure smooth/safe cement milling through loading materials/Biomass and stockpiling materials and offloading on 24hour basis, 7 days a week on 12hour or 8hour shift basis. The job holder reports to Control Room Operator.

Perform equipment pre start inspection and report all observations to equipment mechanic.
Load the mill feed hoppers with clinker, slag, pozzolana, Gypsum and any other additive as per guidelines from quality department.
Stock pile all materials according to the specifications and guidelines provided by the line manager or designate.
Clear all material offloading platforms for better turnaround time of delivery trucks.
Guarantee the compliance with the plant environment standards in his field of activities.
Ensure material availability for continuous operation.
Guarantee the safety of the equipment and contractor employees on duty.

Demonstrated/practical knowledge of Front Loader/excavator/Dump truck with a valid driving permit (Class G).
Good Communication Skills.
Good Knowledge in cement manufacturing process.
Defensive driving knowledge/training.
Basic mechanical skills.
Good knowledge of safety regulations and rules applicable in an industrial environment
