Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and process patient samples for analysis
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of test results
- Maintain laboratory quality control and safety standards
- Assist in inventory management and reagent monitoring
- Support molecular and diagnostic testing activities where required
- Adhere to all laboratory policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
