Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Mechanical Engineer to oversee and optimize our production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and continuously improving production efficiency.

How to Apply
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain the production process to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with production machinery.
Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent machine failures.
Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless operations across all production lines.
Manage and maintain various production machines, including thermoforming machines, sheet line machines, sticker machines, and grinders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably in the plastics industry.
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
Proven experience in machine design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of the plastics industry, particularly in the production of disposable plastic products.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with plastics processing technologies, including injection molding.
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a plastic production environment.
Experience in managing and optimizing production processes in a plastics manufacturing setting.
