The industrial attachment is designed to enhance academic learning with real-world technical experience. Selected students will be placed in relevant departments within Kenya Power, where they will support operational activities, learn maintenance procedures, and gain insights into the functioning of large-scale mechanical and automotive systems. The attachment aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice for aspiring engineers.

How to Apply
Assist in the servicing and maintenance of mechanical and automotive systems.
Work with experienced engineers on diagnostics and repairs.
Support inspections and documentation of mechanical equipment performance.
Participate in scheduled preventive maintenance routines.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and report any issues to supervisors.
Maintain records of tasks performed and tools used.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a continuing student pursuing a:
Degree, Diploma, or Craft Certificate in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
Must be enrolled in an accredited learning institution.
Must have a valid introduction letter from the respective institution.
Must be available full-time for the entire attachment period.
Strong interest in technical problem-solving and mechanical systems.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
