Job Description
Conduct MEAL initiatives for the URRI project in Bidibidi to enhance climate resilience for refugees.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare annual project monitoring plans and share performance indicators with all sectors.
- Conduct routine project implementation monitoring and share monthly reports.
- Lead baseline assessments, midterm evaluations, and endline evaluations for new projects.
- Represent DRC in joint partner coordination meetings and performance assessments.
- Manage data quality, reporting, and presentation for stakeholders.
- Identify and conduct learning events and document key success stories and best practices.
- Track Resilience Design Indicators for the URRI programme.
