Job Description
Conduct training for data enumerators on data collection methodologies and provide supervision for both qualitative and quantitative data collection activities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support Project staff and Senior MEAL officer in the monitoring and evaluation of different projects.
- Conduct training for data enumerators on data collection methodologies and provide supervision for both qualitative and quantitative data collection activities.
- Conduct data quality checks in the field and ensure accuracy and completeness of project data.
- Provide technical support for sales team in capturing end user information and general use of data collection application.
- Support in transforming hard copy project data to electronic format (databases) and ensure proper filing.
- Participate in data analysis using appropriate software and generate informative reports.
- Participate in the baseline, mid-term, and end of term evaluations of programs in accordance with the Project framework.
- Ensure that hard copies and soft copies of data collected is kept at project offices in an orderly traceable manner.
- Plan with Senior MEAL officer and Program managers on data collection needs and activities.
- Prepare informative field reports, identify shortcomings and make relevant recommendations on a regular basis.
- Regularly update the indicator trackers for all projects.
- Manage the Feedback and Accountability mechanisms (FAM) database.
- Handle any other relevant duties as may be assigned by the Senor MEAL Officer.
