Job Description
Te-Kworo Foundation is recruiting four leadership roles for the Sonic Kworo Hospital, located in Agago District. Northern Uganda. These are full-time, renewable 3-year contracts.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead all nursing and midwifery operations across maternity. NICU. theatre, and OPD
- Set and uphold nursing standards. IPC protocols, and patient safety practices
- Recruit, orient and manage the nursing team; develop staff skills and culture
- Drive nursing quality improvement and monitor maternal and neonatal outcomes
