Location: Kampala, Uganda

Salary: UGX 1,500,000 gross + up to UGX 300,000 performance bonus + transport & telecom allowance

About the Role

Lapaire is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to grow brand awareness and support customer acquisition in Uganda. Working under the guidance of the Retail Marketing Manager and Country Operations Manager, you will help execute Lapaire’s multi-channel marketing strategy and play a key role in localizing it for the Ugandan market.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven company improving access to affordable eyecare across Africa.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment.

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email, analytics, etc.).
