Job Description
Avanti Energy Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our client’s team in the dynamic oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will lead marketing efforts, drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and position the organisation for success in a competitive market. The Marketing Director will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth, build brand recognition, and ensure the company maintains a strong competitive advantage.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends.
Develop annual marketing strategies and plans aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with the global marketing team to localise and execute international strategies effectively.
Position, promote, and maintain the company’s brand in the local market.
Develop and execute brand promotion strategies to enhance awareness and reputation.
Conduct market research and analyse data to identify customer needs and market trends.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Build and manage local marketing channels, integrating online and offline networks for improved efficiency.
Establish strong partnerships with agents and collaborators.
Develop marketing strategies for the promotion of the company’s services and products, including geophysical exploration, drilling, oilfield technologies, and more.
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Foster cross-departmental collaboration to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets for optimal resource utilisation.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide regular performance reports.
Oversee the business operations model for projects and review contracts to mitigate risks.
Implement risk control measures for market revenue projects.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of marketing experience in the oil and gas industry, with over 10 years of cumulative work experience.
Previous experience in overseas markets is an advantage.
Strong understanding of the local oil industry and competitive landscape.
Exceptional skills in market analysis, planning, execution, and innovative thinking.
Proven leadership, communication, and cross-cultural teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in English and the local language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments, manage pressure, and solve problems effectively.
