Job Description
The Marketer will prospect and onboard new clients for Skylight estates, present property offerings, handle inquiries, conduct site/estate visits, and manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing. The role requires strong communication, customer relations, and negotiation skills, plus the ability to work both independently and within a team to hit monthly sales targets. The Marketer will maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions, provide timely feedback to management, and represent the brand professionally at events and client meetings.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and follow up on leads to grow the client pipeline.
Present property options, coordinate inspections/site visits, and address client questions.
Negotiate prices, terms, and payment plans to close sales in line with company policy.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Execute basic marketing activities (calls, emails, social media outreach, flyers) and support property promotions/events.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic performance reports.
Collaborate with team members to meet collective targets and share market feedback.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum OND/National Diploma in a related field.
1–2 years’ sales experience (real estate experience is an added advantage).
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy and record-keeping discipline.
Target-driven, personable, and professional.
