Job Description
The Marketer will lead marketing and mobilization efforts to expand SACCO membership and enhance visibility. This involves implementing marketing campaigns, promoting financial products, facilitating member recruitment and retention activities, and coordinating community outreach programs. The ideal candidate will engage with members, conduct feedback surveys, support product development, and represent the SACCO at events, trade fairs, and exhibitions. Additionally, they will prepare reports, presentations, and provide continuous market feedback to management.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
Promote SACCO savings, loans, and financial products
Drive member recruitment, retention, and savings mobilization
Conduct community outreach, promotions, and branding initiatives
Organize and represent SACCO at trade exhibitions and events
Maintain strong communication with members and stakeholders
Collect feedback through visits, surveys, and education sessions
Prepare marketing presentations and activity reports
Support development and rollout of new SACCO products

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
UACE qualification required; Diploma or higher preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
