Sales and Marketing Officer (1 Post)
Subsidiary: Toee Estate (A subsidiary of Vintage International Co. Ltd)
Location: Uganda
Role Summary
Toee Estate is a rapidly growing enterprise in real estate development and property management. The Sales and Marketing Officer will lead business growth, client acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction and real estate.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, development partners, and funding institutions.
Coordinate proposal development and funding applications (donors, NGOs, PPPs).
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and business forums locally and internationally.
Prepare marketing reports, proposals, and business intelligence updates for management.
Support business development and client retention initiatives.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business, or Management is an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in construction or real estate.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Knowledge and experience in engaging with donors, NGOs, and financial institutions.
Proven ability to develop partnerships under PPP frameworks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to meet targets and work independently.
Personal Attributes
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and self-motivation.
Strategic thinker with excellent organizational abilities.
