Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Risk Management Framework (RMF), Risk Appetite Statement, and Risk Management policy
- Effectively communicate and implement the RMF within VisionFund Uganda
- Administer related governance and reporting processes including consolidated Risk Register
- Ensure compliance with the ALCO Charter, Finance Manual and other guiding policies
- Ensure financial risk management following prescribed policies
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation measures
- Prepare and present risk and compliance reports to management and board
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure organisational compliance
- Support internal and external audits related to risk and compliance
