Job Description
To ensure the Stadium’s physical infrastructure, utilities, and facilities are maintained, safe, and operationally efficient for all events and users.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs of the Stadium facilities and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain schedules for regular repairs, refurbishments, and improvement projects according to the specified SOPs.
- Maintain a safe and secure operational environment by monitoring constant availability of utilities (power, water, waste, etc.) within the Stadium premises.
- Plan, review and monitor the utilization of budgets and other operational resource.
- Develop and maintain asset registers and other facility management reports.
- Implement systems for mentoring and appraising performance of departmental staff
