Job Description
The Manager will be responsible for building advanced risk analytics capabilities by leveraging machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical methods. Key tasks include developing fraud risk models, smart rules, and analytics, conducting stress testing of risk management models, and integrating analytics into enterprise risk assessment processes. The role also involves creating risk dashboards, heat maps, and reporting tools for senior management. Additionally, the Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, stay updated on industry best practices, and contribute to the Group’s overall risk management strategy.

How to Apply
Develop and implement advanced analytics frameworks and methodologies for principal risks.
Design predictive models, rules, and analytics for fraud detection across the Group.
Support design of new use cases, rules adjustments, and integrations into risk management tools.
Analyze large datasets to identify risk exposures, patterns, and trends.
Collaborate with risk management teams to embed analytics into risk assessment processes.
Conduct regular reviews and stress testing of risk models.
Develop and maintain risk dashboards, heat maps, and reporting tools.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
Contribute insights to the organization’s risk management strategy.
Prepare and present risk analysis reports to senior management.
Communicate complex risk concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Strong technical skills in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with risk management systems and software.
Professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager), PRM (Professional Risk Manager), CISA, CAMS, or ACFE (highly desirable).
Experience in applying machine learning and predictive analytics to risk management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex technical findings into actionable business insights.
