Manager, Relationship job at Standard Bank

To build and maintain positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints.
Serve a designated portfolio of Oil and Gas accounts in the Commercial Banking business segment.
Develop and grow the portfolio by prospecting new clients, cross selling and offering suitable banking services to existing customers.
Achieve various individual business targets and contribute to the performance of the team.
Portfolio management that includes regular review of facilities and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality is maintained.
Qualifications
First degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines from a reputable University.
Master’s Degree or any other certification will be an advantage
5-7 years’ experience including relationship management experience as a Business Banker or Relationship Manager.
Significant product knowledge including specialized products and financial structures.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and client financial analysis.
Experience in preparing and motivating Credit applications is essential.
