Job Description
This opportunity is open to Ugandan nationals who will travel to Germany under a sponsored work visa. Selected candidates will receive both vocational training and practical experience on active construction sites. The training includes hands-on work with heavy construction machinery and instruction in diesel engine mechanics, hydraulics, and machine safety. The goal is to equip candidates with German-recognized qualifications in the machinery operation field.
Candidates will benefit from full support throughout the process, including language instruction up to B1 level, visa sponsorship, accommodation, and competitive salaries based on German standards.

How to Apply

Ugandan citizenship and possession of a National ID (passport required for visa).
Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a related machinery operation role.
Technical/vocational training in mechanical, construction, or related field.
Completed O-Level or A-Level education.
Basic understanding of technology and machinery mechanics.
Responsible, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
Good physical health and medically fit for physical labor.
Clean criminal record (required for visa application).
Willingness to relocate and live in Germany.
Commitment to complete German language training (B1).
Submission of a self-recorded 60-second video explaining interest and suitability.
