Position Summary
We are seeking self-driven, hardworking, and highly motivated Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery involved in the manufacturing process to ensure smooth and efficient production. Candidates must demonstrate competence, discipline, and a strong work ethic aligned with the company’s values.

How to Apply
Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of toilet paper, jumbo rolls, cores, paper boards, and egg trays.
Ensure machines are running efficiently and at optimal performance levels.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential machine faults or breakdowns.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Report any operational issues to the maintenance or supervisory team promptly.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Maintain accurate logs of machine operations and downtime.
Assist in machine setup and changeovers as required.
Participate in training and development sessions to improve technical skills.
Certificate in any Mechanical Course is required.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field is an added advantage.
Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing will be beneficial.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
High level of discipline and adherence to safety procedures.
