Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Loans and Collections Officer to join our Uganda team. In this role, you will help grow a high-quality customer base, manage loan disbursements, and ensure timely collections while maintaining respectful, ethical client relationships.

How to Apply
Identify, onboard, and support viable customers in your assigned market.
Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursements and collections.
Conduct customer due diligence and KYC processes.
Educate clients on 4G Capital products and provide excellent customer service.
Monitor and manage repayments using ethical, non-intrusive collection methods.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and submit timely reports via our Merlin system.
Collaborate with branch teams and engage with local authorities to resolve field issues.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Background in field sales, microfinance, or loan collections.
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Attributes: High integrity, customer-first mindset, and ability to work independently.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile money platforms and digital reporting tools.

Work Schedule
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
