Job Description
ASA Savings and Loan LTD is searching for Loan Officers to occupy vacant position in its newly opened branches in the northern Region as well as various other regions across Ghana. The company currently serves 225,000 clients across ten regions through 153 business units.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:Key Competencies/Skills required- Must be able to source for clients, disburse loans and collect installments
- Must be able to capture data into all accounts and in software
- Must be able to prepare credit plans for the organized groups
- Must be able to mobilize savings deposits
- Must be a team player
- Must have high level of integrity and honest
