Job Description
The Lecturer – Nursing will be responsible for teaching and evaluating nursing courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The role includes supervising student research projects and theses, participating in curriculum development, initiating and conducting research, publishing scholarly work, and contributing to professional and community service. The Lecturer will also perform administrative duties as assigned by the university.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Teach, assess, and evaluate nursing courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
Supervise undergraduate research and experiential learning programs
Supervise postgraduate dissertations and theses
Develop and review nursing curricula
Initiate and participate in academic research and publications
Engage in professional and community service activities
Perform administrative tasks and other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
PhD or equivalent degree qualification in Nursing or a related field (Master’s degree may be considered in special cases) from a recognized/accredited institution
Demonstrated potential for university-level teaching and research
Registration with a relevant professional body
