Knowledge Sharing Manager Job at Adara Development

Job Description
Drive strategic, impact-focused knowledge sharing for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (MNCH) programs at Adara Development.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of Adara’s organisational Knowledge Sharing Strategy, with a specific focus on MNCH.
- Work closely with the Director of MNCH to lead the operationalisation of knowledge sharing approaches across AdaraNewborn programmes.
- Embed knowledge sharing within programme design, quality improvement, RMEL systems and adaptive management processes.
- Strengthen organisational approaches to capturing, synthesising and using learning from programme implementation, research, quality improvement and data.
- Translate complex technical and programme information into practical, accessible and engaging content for different audiences.
- Lead the development of knowledge products including clinical tools, learning briefs, case studies, training materials, and policy briefs.
- Coordinate review, quality assurance and updating processes for MNCH knowledge products and learning materials.
- Contribute to the development and management of Adara’s Knowledge Hub and digital systems.
- Lead dissemination strategies to ensure knowledge products reach target audiences and influence policy change.
- Build and maintain relationships with government, academic, clinical and implementing partners for collaborative learning.
