As a Key Account Manager, you will be a key driver of Jumia’s growth and profitability, managing top-tier relationships and overseeing one or more strategic categories. You will serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to key brands and vendors, developing strategies to accelerate sales, drive revenue, and improve customer satisfaction.

This is a strategic role with high visibility and career growth potential—many of Jumia’s top performers in this role have gone on to become CCOs, Managing Directors, and Category Directors.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant commercial or account management role

  • Graduate from a top Business or Engineering school (Top 5 institution in your country preferred)

  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools

  • Skilled in using CRM or relationship management systems

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

  • Proven experience managing high-value negotiations

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)


Interview Process

  1. Introductory call with Talent Acquisition

  2. Technical interview with Hiring Manager

  3. Final interview with the Functional Manager
