Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
Monitor network performance and ensure smooth operations.
Assist in network documentation and inventory management
Configure and install network devices and equipment.
Maintaining existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete
Provide technical support to internal staff.
Monitoring network infrastructure and systems to identify how performance can be improved
Working with internal system developers to maintain the existing systems

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols, etc.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Job Skills and personal specifications
Experience with cloud platforms, i.e. AWS and virtualization technology is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Certification in networking (e.g. CCNA) and/or development (e.g., AWS Certified Developer) is desirable but not required.
